We work with residents to ensure our estates are nice places to live. We do this in a number of ways:

• Contracting cleaning and landscaping services where appropriate to ensure communal areas are maintained to a high standard
• Regularly inspecting our estates, and conducting estate walkabouts with residents and our partners, such as the Police
• Acting on reports of fly-tipping and grafitti
