Customer Panel
As part of the Customer Panel, you'll have the opportunity to work with us to monitor our performance against targets and set future priorities for the group.
Repairs and Maintenance Panel
Our repairs and maintenance panel meet to advise us on a number of topics such as, residents’ choice on kitchen and bathroom replacements. Meetings are held 6pm – 8pm at the United office. See the resident involvement calendar for meeting dates.
Asset Management Group
The Asset Management Groups main purpose is for residents, the executive team and board members to work together to ensure excellence with repairs, maintenance and asset management.
Value for Money Working Group
These meetings are an opportunity for residents to input in to how the Association allocates money to services to maximise our income and spend to ensure we achieve the best value for money.
United People Newsletter
Staff and residents contribute to the content of the newsletter which is produced quarterly. Residents can put forward suggestions and articles by coming along to editorial meetings, e-mailing jackie.bonnick@unitedha.org.uk or sending a letter to Jackie Bonnick, United Housing Association, 3rd Floor, New Bond House, Bond Street, Bristol, BS2 9AG.
Leaflets
To make sure that the content of our leaflets are easy to understand and that we tell you everything you need to know, we will ask you to comment on them before we print them.
Estate Walkabouts
Estate walkabouts are your chance to let us know what you think about the maintenance of your estate, share any views you may have about how we can help improve the area you live in, meet your Housing Officer and representatives from agencies such as the Police and Local Authority.
