Day to day repairs

You can order a repair by:

• ringing us on 0117 942 4600 between our opening hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays
• visiting the office at 3rd Floor, New Bond House, Bond Street, Bristol, BS2 9AG during these opening hours.
• writing to us at the above address
• emailing us at talk2us@unitedha.org.uk 

We will raise an order for your repair when you call and you will receive a letter to confirm this. Our contractors will get in touch with you directly to arrange an appointment.

If our surveyor needs to visit your property to carry out an inspection to determine what repairs are required, we will make an appointment.

If you have an emergency repair (for example where there is a serious threat of injury to people or damage to property) you can contact us on 0117 942 4600 during opening hours. Outside of opening hours you can contact our contractors directly: for problems with your gas central heating please call ALHCO on 0117 952 7900, and for any other building emergency call our main reception number, 0117 942 4600.

The time you will have to wait for a repair will depend on when you can be available and the type of repair you need.
