Disability Accessibility
Visitors with disabled badges can park their car free for up to 3 hours on the single yellow line on Orange Street. No parking is
permitted in the Loading Bay as this is a hazard. Parking with a disability badge is permitted in the parking area in St Pauls Street
although there is a double kerb on this side of the road. The star (on the map below) denotes dropped kerbs to the area for easier mobility in wheelchairs. The broken lines with arrows (on the map below) shows suggested routes to enter the office. Please note that the pavements are uneven.

United’s entrance is situated on St Paul’s Street which is a flat entrance. An intercom has been positioned at a lower height to
gain access. United is situated on the third floor which can be accessed by the elevator.

The reception desk on the third floor has a lowered area so a wheelchair user can easily speak to the Customer Service Officer.
A raised area is also provided for those needing support whilst standing. The reception chairs have arms for stability when
getting in and out of them. The tenant computer desk has a computer chair that is on wheels so it can be easily moved for
a wheelchair user to access. A portable hearing loop is available which can be moved to any of the meeting rooms if required.

There is a little play table for children to play at and breastfeeding mothers are welcome to use one of our private meeting rooms
to breast feed their child.
