United Housing Association is the largest black and minority ethnic led housing association within the South West region. United was established in 1986 to provide homes for black and minority ethnic tenants in Bristol’s inner city. Our initial base was in St Paul’s, and we continue to operate from offices close to this area.

We provide homes for people needing support and general housing for families and individuals. We have a multi-racial customer, staff and Board composition, which make the Association unique amongst mainstream registered social landlords in the South West.

United owns and manages around 1000 properties mainly in Bristol, South Gloucester, Bath and Swindon.
